You might be thinking "how the h*ck is this relevant to advertising?" That's valid.

 

Doing martial arts for over two thirds of my life doesn't seem like it relates to my chosen career. But it does.

 

First, it's my brand. You're looking that redhead Taekwondo-girl's website.

Second, I've been kicked in the face a lot. Once I was kicked in the face twice in one second. This is good because I've been beaten up so many times, I can handle the growing pain that comes with advertising.

And Third, TKD has made me a diligent, patient, and creative person. I've mastered the art of getting my ass handed to me. I've worked with children. And I've learned to never stop polishing your craft. So basically I've trained my whole life to be in advertising. 

 

Plus, Taekwondo taught me the self control I need to not make kicking and punching puns, so you don't have to suffer through any. You're welcome.
